Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with key decision-makers across target accounts to drive lead generation through outreach channels such as email, cold calls, and LinkedIn. You will focus on researching Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), executing targeted outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate and organized CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Research: Prospecting on target accounts to identify key Decision-Makers and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), using tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter and other platforms to gather insights and ensure personalized outreach.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for Accounts, Contacts and Leads in Zoho CRM. Import and organize data efficiently to support streamlined sales processes and marketing campaigns
  • Outreach and Engagement: Execute consistent outreach across email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels, aiming to schedule discovery calls for the Sales Rep.
    Leverage personalized messaging to connect with prospects and generate interest. Establish and follow a structured follow-up process to nurture leads, re-engage potential clients, and ensure a seamless transition to the next stage of the sales cycle.
  • Weekly Reporting: Track and report key outreach metrics around Email Campaigns, Cold Calls, LinkedIn activity and other touch points in the cadence.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing team to align on target account strategies and share feedback from prospects to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to team success.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, or a related field).
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Skills: Zoho CRM, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Dripify

Skills:

  • Strong Research Skills: Ability to identify and analyze target accounts, research prospects and gather relevant insights for personalized outreach.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented: Comfortable in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Zoho CRM to manage data and track outreach activities accurately. A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and applying them to everyday tasks.
  • Time Management and Organization: Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize daily activities, and maintain a consistent outreach cadence.
  • Proactive & Result-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a willingness to take ownership of lead generation goals and consistently meeting or exceeding outreach targets.
